Food - Any nationwide food chain that can help would be appreciated (Subway, TGI Fridays, etc), but if you have a local diner that would feed us, that'd be great. We love to eat and would love to try anything.

Cycling Supplies - tubes, tires, chains, bike boxes, etc.

Material for the Post-Ride Media Guide - We would like to put together a media guide at the end of this trip to include photos and journal entries summarizing this 3000 mile journey. We are in search of materials such as paper, stamps, envelopes, etc.
